参赛资格：
Qualification for participating
参赛年龄：参赛者年龄限为18周岁到60周岁以下（含18、60周岁）
Age of entry:The age limit for the contestants is from 18 years to 60 years of age(including year 18 & year 60)
参赛者应身体健康，有经常性参加跑步或者徒步锻炼的基础。每位选手报名时需根据关门时间评估自身能力选择是否参加。
Contestants should be healthy and have regular basis for running or walking.Each participant is required to assess whether or not to take part in the competition of their ability to meet the cut-off time.

2、报名付款成功后恕不允许改组、转让名额与他人、不受理退款；因故无法参赛的选手，参赛名额无法退费也无法转让到下一年。
After successful registration and payment, no reorganization, transfer of quotas to others, and refunds will not be accepted; for contestants who cannot participate for some reason, the quota of participation cannot be refunded nor transferred to the next year.
3、参赛包可代领（除号码布与芯片），赛后不邮寄。
Participating packages can be collected on behalf (except for number bibs and chips) and will not be mailed after the game.

赛事规则：
Rules and Regulations
1、参赛选手必须完全沿着赛道标记与警戒线引导前进。赛道周边环境原始，严禁抄近路。
Competitors must follow the course markers at all times. Short cuts are strictly prohibited.
2、除紧急情况外，不允许参赛选手在除检查站、补给站以外的其它地方接受补给和支援。
Competitors can not take any food and support outside the checkpoints except in an emergency.
3、比赛进行时，参赛选手须全程携带所有强制装备。赛事期间会有随机装备抽查。缺少强制装备将会遭受惩罚。
Competitors must carry the mandatory gears at all times during the race. Random gear checks may be performed during the race. Any failures of carrying mandatory gears will result in a penalty.
4、检查站的所有补给仅供参赛选手使用。
Refreshments at the checkpoints are served for competitors only.
5、号码簿必须全程置于衣服外侧，醒目可见。
Bib numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing at the front.
6、参赛选手中途退赛必须通知赛事工作人员，并在最近的检查点签署退赛表格（在赛道上接受赛事救援，身体条件无法到检查站的参赛选手除外）。
If you withdraw from the race, you must inform event staff and sign the release form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by the event staff, and could not get to checkpoint due to physical conditions).
7、若参赛选手在赛道上需要急救，请务必拨打号码簿下方电话联系赛事工作人员。
If you need any first aid help on the course you must contact the event staff (phone number below your number Bib).
8、在关门时间前不能到达检查站将会被剥夺继续比赛资格。
Any failures of arriving at each checkpoint and the finish line before the cut-off times will result in disqualifications from the race.
9、参赛选手必须遵循“山野无痕”的户外运动准则。
Competitors must follow the outdoor ethics of LEAVE NO TRACE.
10、参赛选手需为其家人和朋友的行为负责。参赛选手的家人与朋友需遵守检查站工作人员的安排。若其家人朋友有违反赛事规则的行为，选手将会受罚或直接剥、夺参赛资格。必须遵循所有检查站工作人员的指示，包括为检查站空出特定区域的要求。赛事组委会不负责其安全问题。
Competitors must be responsible for the actions of their family and friends. Family and friends of the competitors must comply with all instructions from all checkpoint staff. The competitor may be penalized or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their family and friends. They must follow the instructions of all checkpoints staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area. The event organizers are not responsible for the safety of them.
11、确保自身与他人的安全。照顾其他赛道使用者。在马路上跑步时注意安全。规范使用登山杖。
Ensure your own safety and that of others. Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times. Take great care when crossing or running on roads. Use climbing sticks in a standard way.
12、请帮助受伤或状况不好的参赛选手。
If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist.
13、赛事组委会强烈建议参赛选手自身有人身保险保障。
We highly recommend that competitors have their own insurance cover.
14、赛事组委会保留在适宜情况下对赛事规则、赛道或其它安排作出调整的权利。
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event rues and requirements, course and/or other arrangements, as they deem appropriate.
15、任何此处未提及的规则均由江南100组委会负责解释。
Any rule that is not mentioned here will be controlled by the decision of JiangNan 100 Co.,Ltd organizing team.
强制装备：
Mandatory Gear Check
赛事组委会工作人员会于12月18日进行装备检查，缺少任何装备均需补齐接受复查。装备检查合格后，可领取号码簿和计时芯片。比赛进行中，会随机抽查参赛选手装备。缺少装备的参赛选手将会受到相应的处罚。
The event organizers will have mandatory gear check on 3rd December,2017.The lack of any equipment is required to complete the acceptance review.The racers cannot achieve the directory and timing chip until the re-inspection passes.Random gear checks may be performed during the race. Any competitor without the mandatory gear will be discouraged for competition and retreat in the nearest retreat point.

Achievements and Rewards
各组别，男/女前三名分获冠、亚、季军奖杯和奖品。
每位完赛者都将获得2020诸暨东白山越野赛完赛奖牌。
The first three of each group of male / female will win the trophies and prizes.
Each player who completes the race will get the Finish Medal from the organizer of 2020 Zhuji Dongbai Ultra Trail .
报到须知：
Registration
参赛运动员于2020年12月18日下午13：00-21：00报到，需凭本人身份证，签署活动“免责声明”与“环保声明”，领取参赛包一份。逾期报到者取消比赛资格。
The participants will register at 13:00-21:00, on December 18, 2020, with personal ID card, and will sign a disclaimer, receive a copy of the participating. Overdue registration can not participate the competition.
