2021江南百英里雪窦山越野赛宣传片

第七回江南百英里越野赛，将于2021年4月16日至18日在浙江宁波举行，赛事设置168/110/85/50Km四个组别，其中168Km设100KmPacer（陪跑）。
江南百英里是江南100系列赛之一，是国际越野跑协会成员赛事、UTMB积分赛事，2018年开设百英里组别：168Km、7200m累计爬升，48小时关门。2018-2020年百英里完赛人数分别是79、215、333人，累计共627人在江南百英里完成168Km。
赛道风格美式，可跑性强，赛事不设报名门槛，没有强制装备，经6年优化，气候承载力极强，2019、2020年百英里组别完赛率高达81％、79%，是国内完赛率最高的百英里赛事，赛会期许更多的人到达终点。
赛道横跨宁波、绍兴两大地区，穿越奉化区、海曙区、余姚市、嵊州市4个县级区域，途径溪口镇、四明山镇、章水镇、大岚镇、北漳镇5个乡镇，共经过38个江南村落。
主赛道在四明山，巍巍四明山，横亘八百里，有着七千年河姆渡文化，是华夏远古文明发源地，养育了王羲之、谢灵运、王阳明、严子陵等古代贤才。李白杜甫白居易等大批诗人倾慕四明山水而来，咏出了著名的“唐诗之路”。比赛起终点位于宁波市奉化区溪口镇，有着千年历史，也是蒋介石的家乡，保存大量完整民国时期文物建筑，是值得一游的民国风情古镇，也是一条“民国之路”。
赛道有着延绵万亩的樱花林，是全国最广、最集中的万亩樱花林，并穿越杖锡樱花公园，走进“樱花之路”。赛道穿越雪窦山、千丈岩、三隐潭、商量岗、四明山国家森林公园等5A级风景区，途径茅镬古树林、大岚镇七彩山丘，也有极虐的陡峭岩石防火道，80度绝望坡，60度屁降坡。是一条兼具自然美景和深厚文化的越野赛道，选手将在参赛中体验到令人惊叹的美景与文化。2016年被评为“爱燃烧·年度最美赛道”。

2020江南百英里将挑战的赛道纪录为18小时35分45秒，一旦有选手打破这一纪录，将获得30000元（15000*2=30000）破纪录奖+时间奖（提高纪录一秒奖励人民币2元），该奖金只颁发给破纪录最快选手，如同时有两位选手打破纪录，则给第一名选手。目前江南百英里赛道记录：18:35:45 （由赵家驹于2020年4月15日创造）

本赛事提供精英邀请通道，其中168K组别计划邀请30名精英选手，110K组别计划邀请10名精英选手。
申请168Km精英要求：近24个月获100Km组或100Km以上组别冠军的选手。
申请100Km精英要求：近24个月获不少于二场50Km组或50Km以上组别冠军的选手。
精英选手特别福利：提供邀请名额、欢迎晚宴以及比赛当晚住宿。

本赛事为近12个月服务于江南100系列赛一场及以上的志愿者，提供报名费用七折优惠。

1、各组别男子、女子前三名分别获冠、亚、季军奖杯和奖品，其它完赛选手获完赛奖牌和完赛纪念服。
2、参赛选手必须沿着赛道标记前进，不得自行改变线路，GPS定位记录为依据，定位记录不完整，或者打卡记录缺失的，组委会有权宣布成绩无效。
3、168、110、85Km三个组别选手，可以在换装寄存包中寄存个人食物，也允许分享给其它选手，但为了饮食安全负责，选手不得接受补给点外的私人补给。
4、比赛不设强制装备，选手可根据自身能力与比赛策略携带不同装备。但需要全程佩戴本人号码布，醒目可见，检查站的所有补给仅供佩戴号码布的参赛选手使用。
5、参赛选手中途退赛必须通知赛事工作人员，并就近签署退赛表格。若参赛选手在赛道上需要急救，请务必拨打号码簿下方的电话联系赛事工作人员。
6、在关门时间后到达检查站将会被中止比赛，不允许继续前进。
7、确保自身与他人的安全，照顾其他参赛者。横穿村庄、公路或在公路上跑步时注意交通安全，不得损害村民私有财物、破坏公共设施、破坏赛事路标。
8、168KM Pacer(陪跑)选手需从休息站“大岚镇”出发，所有陪跑着需全程陪伴队友完赛，终点一起冲线，方可认定完赛。
9、赛会方与参赛者一同努力遵循LNT原则，致力“赛道无痕”环保行动。
10、因极端恶劣天气、包括但不限于山洪泥石流等自然灾害威胁、政治军事干预等无法预见的不可抗力原因，组委会保留暂停、中止、取消、改期比赛等应急措施。赛事组委会保留在适宜情况下对赛事规则、赛道或其它安排作出调整的权利。

Course Features: The Beauty and legends of the Jiangnan 100

Measure the distance by feet and enjoy the view along the route with eyes and hearts.

1. Located in the east of Zhejiang Province in East China, and covered with dense forest and bushes, the Siming Mountain or 四明山 takes up most of the arena of Jiangnan100.

2. The ecologic system is well protected, and wildlife such as tortoise, deer, fox, and weasel have prospered and lived with locals with harmony in the green mountain and crystal water.

Some of the most famous and productive ancient poets and scholars visited here for inspiration and sought refuge deep during brutal war times.
古代最傑出的文人與學者來此尋找靈感和躲避戰火。
A century is a long while for a man, but a short while in the history. All of the categories start and finish at Xikou (溪口), Fenghua (奉化), the home town of Chang Kai-shek, the influential leader and warlord of China from the late 1920s till the late 1940s. He spent a romantic time with his wife in a mansion at Xikou after their marriage in 1927. Although China experienced a long and harsh era of war, conflict and other disasters in the 20th century, the old buildings and yards of Chiang’s mansion and his house was conserved as it was.
一個世紀對一個人來說很長，在歷史中卻很短。所有組別都從奉化溪口出發，這是中國上世20-40年代軍事強人和政治領導人蔣介石在故鄉。1927年，結婚後的蔣介石與妻子在這裡度過了一段浪漫時光。雖然中國在20世紀經歷了戰亂衝突等災難，但是蔣家的別墅和老宅院卻保存著原貌。
There are 38 villages along the course, with local people living there peaceful and happy life in traditional style. For them, the event is like a splendid annual ceremony with excitement and happiness. They have supported us since the inaugural version with passion and dedication as volunteers, doing the job like course designing, trail maintenance and offering hand-made featured delicacies.
賽道經過38個村莊，村民們過著平靜而幸福的生活。比賽也是他們每年一度的熱鬧節日。從賽事創立以來，他們就擔任賽道設計維護、提供當地特色飯食的志願者，為比賽奉獻著熱情。
EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
活動規則及規例
All participants (runners and/or pacers) MUST read the following terms and accept them upon registration.
所有參賽者（跑者/陪跑者）必須閱讀下列條款並於登記參加比賽時同意接受所有修款的約束。
GENERAL
一般規則
The participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.
必須自力走或跑畢全程。
Outside assistance is only permitted at the checkpoints. Support outside the checkpoints is not allowed, except in an emergency. There is, however, no restriction on buying drinks/food from the shops, restaurants, hawkers and vending machines along the route.
在物資方面除組委會所供應的以外應大致自給自足，參賽者只可在檢查站接受自行安排的支援隊的協助。除非遭遇緊急情況，否則在檢查站以外的其他地點，一律不得提供支援。然而，參賽者在沿途的商店、餐廳、小販和售賣機購買飲料/食物，則不在此限。
Race numbers must be visible at all time on the outside of clothing (at the front).
參賽號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均清晰可見。
If you withdraw from the event, you must inform event officials and sign the withdrawal form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by first aid crews).
若退出比賽，均必須通知最近檢查站的負責人員及簽署退出表格(除非於比賽途中的醫療人員協助)。
If you need first aid help on the course, you must use the phone numbers printed on your race bib to contact the event organizer who will make every effort to retrieve you.
若在比賽途中需要救護協助，應撥電號碼布上所載之電話號碼，與主辦機構聯絡，主辦機構人員即會盡力搜尋參賽者。
Stay on the marked course. Short cuts are strictly prohibited.
應緊隨標示賽道前進，嚴禁另走捷徑，參賽者若被發現違規，將被取消資格。
You must obey the direction of checkpoint staff and course marshals all the time. If you miss any cut-off times you must withdraw from the race as instructed.
必須於所有時間遵行工作人員的方向指示。若參賽者於檢查站關閉時間前仍未到達，必須根據指示退出比賽。
Littering is strictly prohibited.
參賽者不得在沿途亂扔垃圾。
Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna is strictly prohibited.
參賽者不得破壞或騷擾任何植物或動物，更不得破壞組委會與居民財產。
The participants must comply with all instructions from event staff and officials. The runner is responsible for the actions of his/her pacer. The runner will be penalized or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by his/her pacer.
參賽者必須遵從工作人員的一切指示。陪跑如有違規或作出不當行為，跑者會被取消參賽資格。
Pacers must follow the instructions of all checkpoint staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area. The event organizers are not responsible for the safety or whereabouts of pacers.
陪跑必須遵守所有檢查站職員的指示，譬如按工作人員要求在檢查站區域騰出空間。
Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty or disqualification.
違反以上規則者會被參賽資格。
Ensure your own safety and that of others. Be considerate of other trail and road users at all time. Take great care when crossing or running on roads. If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist. The race organizer will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow participant.
應為自己和他人的安全著想，無論任何時候應顧及路徑的其他使用者。橫過馬路或在馬路路段跑步時應格外小心。若遇其他參賽者受傷或不適，應加以援手。參賽者為協助受傷或不適的其他跑手而耽誤的時間，將在其完成時間中扣除。
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.
組委會保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
The participants must provide true and accurate information to the organizers. Any willful dishonesty may render a participant's entry invalid and the organizers reserve the right to amend and/or cancel such participant's entry without compensation.

We recommend that all participants have their own personal accident cover.

COMPLAINTS
投訴
The complaint must be submitted by 14:00, 19th, Apr 2021, with written material no less than 300 words and 5 photos, or a video clip no less than 1 minute about what you want to complain. Any ruling made by the Race Director will be final and without appeal.
如申訴，需在2021年4月19日14點前，提交關於申訴問題的不少於500字書面材料以及5張照片（或不少於1分鐘的視頻）由比賽總監所作出的任何裁決將會是最終決定及不可上訴。
EVENT CANCELLATION
取消賽事
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:

adverse weather conditions
不利的天氣情況
landslides, rockfalls or hill fires along the course
山泥傾瀉、大量落山及比賽路線發生山火
The force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, protests, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lockouts, blockage or disorder, blocked or inaccessible roads or trails, the outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.
不可抗力，即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦比賽成為不可能，不安全或不切實際的情況。
